ULTIMATE Water Reclaim System
This robust PLC controlled user-friendly system cleans dirty carwash water using cyclone particle separation and ozone. The cyclone(s) removes sediment, sand, silt from the water to a 7 micron average size. Ozone saturated water removes dyes, colors, and most carwash chemicals. The net result is the water is suitable for all carwash rinsing purposes, except for final rinsing and feedstock for chemical mixing bins and reverse osmosis process.

Vortech®
Smart Tank
Vortech™ Tank and distribution
systems utilize a unique distributor plate design to reduce
backwash and improve system efficiency compared to traditional
cone & gravel systems. This unique design provides greater
"lift" and "action" throughout the entire
width of the mineral tank, whereas traditional cone and
gravel systems channel up through the media causing areas
of very limited movement. In addition, because Vortech™
does not utilize gravel, it costs less to ship due to its
lighter weight.

Zeolite Media Filter with Ozone
This self-cleaning system cleans dirty carwash water by using a zeolite media filter to remove particles over 5 microns (diameter of a human hair is 30 to 120 microns) in size in conjunction with ozone to remove odor, color and some chemicals. The reclaimed water will be clear, odor free and can be used on all carwash applications except final rinse, RO feedstock and chemical mixing bins. You can expect to save up to 85% of your water costs, depending upon the efficiency of your Reverse Osmosis system. |

Biological Reclaim Systems
Biological reclaim uses captive microbe colonies to clean dirty carwash water by converting chemicals, oils, soaps and organic items into carbon dioxide which is exhausted into the atmosphere, leaving the carwash water cleaner and odor free. Hydrocyclones are used to remove particles to an average of 5 microns. Reclaim water, which is generally free of carwash chemicals can be used for all carwash processes except final rinse, RO feedstock and chemical mixing bins. Reclaimed water may also be used for landscaping, lot or building wash downs. This system treats 100% of the waste car wash water recovered for re-use on a continuous basis. |
