Self Cleaning Screen Filter

Product Overview
This AUTOMATIC, SELF-CLEANING FILTER cleans dirty carwash water by capturing particles over 10 microns inside a stainless steel filter screen (You can also choose capture size from 10 to 500 microns).

As the screen becomes covered with captured particles, a pressure differential will occur. When the incoming water pressure varies more than 7 psi from the outgoing water pressure, the filter automatically cleans the screen and ejects the captured materials to a separate drain source.

There is no loss of cleaning productivity while the self-cleaning process is taking place.

While this system does not control color or odor, it is the first step in cleaning dirty carwash water by removing suspended solids. Because it is modular, an ozone module can be added to make the carwash water clear and odor free.
